How It Works
- Check out, and get your download link right away by email.
- Open the PDF in free Adobe Acrobat Reader (computer, phone or tablet).
- Click any box to type, and click the photo frame to add your pup's picture.
- Save it, then email it to your sitter or print a copy for the fridge.
Please Note
- This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
- Adding a photo and the fillable boxes work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free). Mac Preview and web browsers let you type, but may not let you add photos. In those apps, just print the page and tape in a photo!
- Square photos fill the frame edge to edge.
- Colors may look slightly different on screen than in print.
- For personal use only. Please do not resell, share or redistribute this file.
